Slim 4to.; original tan pictorial card covers printed in black and red, stapled; pp. [52] on coated paper; profusely illustrated by a photo-mechanical process with 4 items of furniture per page, printed in monochrome; a very good sound copy with mild edge creasing, tiny bruising to forecorner tips and a small area of indentation to upper cover; internally fresh and sound, with the original tipped in announcement of 50% trade discount to inner cover and only a couple of small surface scuffs.

A fascinating trade catalogue of wooden and upholstered furniture from the 1930s, complete with the unextracted four-page price list at the front. The catalogue includes Chair Beds and Adjustables and Invalid and Hospital Furniture. Also with 4 accompanying loosely inserted individual “folders”, or folded pictorial advertisement sheets printed in sepia featuring three-piece suites; dining room furniture; bedroom suites and fireside chairs.  J.C. Lane was one of the most modern and well-equipped furniture manufacturers in the country at this date.
