Landscape 4to.; publisher’s grey vinyl covers with lettering in blue, and representation of a scroll of film in gilt, all fashioned in relief; pp. 110, printed on coated paper; with gilded title-page and photographic plates throughout, on rectos, printed either in full colour, or with various monochrome coloured overlays, each featuring an arrangement of stills; a very good copy with just light external dusting, retaining the original silk ribbon marker; internally very clean and fresh throughout with a small Russian book label to inner upper cover.

Sole edition.  A fascinating glimpse into 1960s’ Soviet film, with full text throughout in four languages (Russian, English, French and Spanish) giving all details of script writers, directors, and cameramen alongside synopses of the plots.
