Small square 8vo.; original colour-lithographed wrappers in colours with integral flaps; pp. [28]; lithographs throughout in black, pink, blue and yellow; a very good copy with abrasions to spine joints and edges, overall light dusting, and small marking to upper cover, price-clipped; internally good and clean with a neat, contemporary gift inscription in ink to inner upper cover, referring to a barrage balloon: “To remind you of Matilda even when she cannot be seen! With my love, Cecilia, Nov. 22nd 1942”; scarce.
